About Me

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and Substance Abuse Counselor (SAC) providing telehealth therapy throughout Wisconsin. I strive to create a space where people feel understood, supported, and empowered to reconnect with their inner selves. My work centers on helping individuals heal, grow, and build confidence in who they are and who they’re becoming.

Outside of being a therapist, I am a gymnastics coach for Caledonia High School and a former gymnast of 14 years. My background in athletics informs my work with performance anxiety, confidence building, perfectionism, and navigating high expectations.

In my personal life, I enjoy camping, boating, reading, listening to music, attending concerts, spending time with friends and family, and adventures with my mini golden doodle, Mia.

These parts of my life keep me grounded, connected, and inspired — and they help me show up fully for the clients I work with.

My Professional Background

I have been practicing as a therapist since 2022. I earned my Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) from Winona State University in 2019 and my Master of Social Work (MSW) from Winona State University – Rochester in 2022.

My clinical experience includes working as an outpatient individual and group therapist, as well as serving as a treatment court provider for La Crosse County’s OWI Court program. In these roles, I supported individuals navigating legal challenges, substance use, and complex mental health needs. These experiences strengthened my commitment to trauma‑informed care and deepened my focus on helping clients build healthier patterns that support lasting change.

What to Expect

You can expect a warm, compassionate, and nonjudgmental environment where you feel heard and seen from the very beginning. In our first session, we’ll slow down and get a clear understanding of what brings you in, as well as the important parts of your life that make you uniquely you. We’ll explore how these experiences may be affecting your nervous system, emotions, and daily functioning, and begin identifying meaningful goals for therapy.

This initial session is also a chance for you to get a sense of my style and ask any questions you may have about the therapy process, billing, confidentiality, etc. Together, we’ll begin developing practical strategies that help you move forward with confidence. Over time, clients often experience reduced anxiety and stress, improved emotional regulation, healthier relationships, stronger self‑esteem and confidence, increased resilience, and a greater sense of balance and purpose. My goal is for you to leave the first session feeling understood, supported, and hopeful about the work ahead.‍ ‍

Healing is not linear, but you don’t have to navigate it alone. I’m here to walk alongside you.
